I wanted to buy the store bought, pre-made kind, but it only came in the extra spicy variety. The lady at the grocery store convinced me I could make it myself with a couple of avocadoes, some garlic, lime juice, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper ("just mash it all together!"), but she didn't give me specific quantities of each. I definitely do NOT want it very spicy, as I can't tolerate spicy foods.

I need it for a new year's eve party, so any help given is greatly appreciated! :-D

mashed avocado (2-3)
juice from one lemon
garlic salt (about 1-2 tsp)
2-3 tbsp salsa
Mix together and you have fabulous guacamole. :)
Taste and add things to your own taste.

(Don't mix too far ahead of time because even with the lemon juice the avocados will brown a bit and eventually go black.)

Do NOT use any sour cream or cream cheese, that gives it a weird taste and consistency. :(

That's great dip for your party!
I made guacamole a couple times.
I used one avocado, one fresh lemon, salt and pepper.
First you get all the avocado out of the skin. SAVE THE PIT!
Then mush it up with a fork or potato masher.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half into the mush. Taste.
Add salt and pepper until you like it!
Scoop into a dish or on a plate with the pit in the center. It keeps it from turning brown.
When you want to put any extras away put the pit in the container.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMDnj

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

peel and mash as many avacadoes as you want for your dip. then add any amount of store-bought guacamole mix (it's a special mix of spices for making guacamole); the package says to use a whole baggie of spices for every two avocadoes, but you can actually use any amount of the guacamole mix that you want (whatever tastes good to you)

Take a live avacado, tie it down & skin it.
Ignore the screaming.
Cut his meat off his core (pit) & smash him to mush.
I like to mix that with 1/3 as much sour cream, add a dash of salt & pepper. You can add garlic, worchestershire, tabasco, lime juice as desired.
It really depends on your tastes what else you add.
