I've made a south african beef curry stew...but recently i went to an ethiopian restaurant and i want to learn to make the beef curry as well as Injera flatbread...anyone?

this is called Rotti, you need some chicken legs, red peppers,curry massala,potatoes, greenbeens, onions, eggs and some rottipancakes/wraps
fry the chicken with the onions and peppers, poor in some water, enough to half cover the chicken, peeled potatoes and lots of curry massala in the pan, let it simmer untill the potatoes are tender, add hard boiled eggs in half and the boiled green beens, if the sause is still to wattery, add a bit of flour. all this you usually eat on a Rottiwrap but if you can't get those, well you might like it with rice, enjoy
