Hrm...
Peta2.com has an ENTIRE list of vegatarian and vegan friendly foods. Veggies can eat anything that's not from cows, fishies, pigs, or chickens. Oh, and not turkey.

Make sure to eat lots of things high in protein (ike beans and eggs), take vitamins to make sure you're getting your daily amount of vitamins, and eat a balanced diet. It's good to eat grains and breads (along with some protein) in the morning for energy, and mainly protein in the evening. When you sleep, our bodies goes into a stage where the motabolism slows way down and your doesn't burn fat (thus not having alot of energy; that's why you don't want alot of carbs just sitting in your stomach turning into fat cells).

Also, nothing like chicken broth, etc. because the chicken still had to die!

Hope I helped!

There's protein in a lot of things like dairy products, beans, legumes, nut, soy, etc. As you last questions said I take it that your going to stop eating chicken? If that's correct then good for you. Also watch out for gelatin found in some yogurts, gummy candies, altoids, some gum, plus more. I'd watch out for rennet or rennin or animal enzymes in cheeses. Most cheeses just list enzymes they don't specify if it's animal or not, but a popular cheese that doesn't have it is Tillamook. I'd reccomend getting the book Okay, So Now You're a Vegetarian by Lauren Butts. It tells you the nutrition you need and has some recipes that may be of use to you.

Vegetarians don't eat seafood anyway. Seafood are animals from the sea and we don't eat animals. I have no idea why so many people think that vegetarians eat fish. That said, eat plenty of whole grain products, veggies, fruit, pulses & beans.

did you just say you are allergic to seafood so cant become a vegetarian? WOW!!! thats the dumbest thing I've heard all day. there are more than one kind of vegetarian. most dont eat meat or poultry or seafood though. To get protein you eat vegetables, peanuts, peanut butter, tofu.. tips for being healthy? watch what you do eat and incorporate more vegetables and fruits that are low in sugar. and drink lots of water. good luck!

Take vitamins, because if you don't eat meat, you won't have as much protein
