I really want a recipe for luqmi or lukhmi however you spell it, which is an Indian dish from hydrabad. please let me know asap.

Luqmi

pastry-2 cups wheat flour/atta
1 tbsp ghee
1/8 cup milk
water as required to knead to a pliable dough.
or
2/3 flour and 1/3 semolina
kneaded with warm water and left to rest for 30-40 minutes before use.
(not specified if fat and milk are used too)

this is a mince filling but i'm sure more onion would stand up to the same spicing.
1. 1/4 cup ghee
2. one onion,finely sliced
3. pinch of turmeric
4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
5. 1/2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
6. 125 gms minced meat
7. 2 cardamoms
8. 3 cloves
9. 1/2 " stick of cinnamon
10. 1/2 tsp salt
11. 2 green chillis chopped
12. 1 small bunch coriander leaves ,chopped
13. juice of 1 lime
water
fry the onion lightly with ingredients 3-5.add mince and brown.add the (powdered)spices 7-9 and cook on a low heat,adding water a little at a time until the meat is cooked.add the ingredients10-13 .
