I eat Bourbon Chicken at teh Cajun Cafe in the mall but if I wanted to order something simlar at a chinese restaurant, what would i order?

Funny, a Chinese restaurant in a mall nearby actually makes Bourbon Chicken as one of its most popular dishes.

i'm especially specific it does. even if if, while any style of liquor is extra to a minimum of something it is being cooked, the alcohol boils off, leaving generally basically the flavour. So your bourbon sauce won't certainly be alcoholic.

That stuff rules but as far as I know, Chinese restaurants don't make anything similar.
