There are websites that say you can reverse diabetic neuropathy. For example, one said:

"A woman who got my email address from this forum (not a good idea to give your email if you don't want advertisements). She told me of being successful at treating herself and actually reversing the nerve damage. This treatment involved taking three supplements. 1. a special form of magnesium 2. supreme B vitamins and 3. MSM a supplemental form of sulfur.
I started the three today and I was amazed to find I was walking a little better already. And unless this is another one of those temporary things that won't last, I may have found the answer to my problems.
I looked on the net to see what I could find about MSM today and came up with the following: "It is believed that sulfur can repair the myelin sheath, the protector on the end of every nerve in the body. Damage to the myelin sheath causes the shaking condition in palsy (my hand tremor?), Multiple Sclerosis, Lorenzo's Disease and many other disease conditions where motor functions are uncontrollable." The magnesium product name escapes my memory at the moment, but if anyone is interested email me later and I will have it then. jdaigre@skyride.net Symptoms of sulfur deficiency: acne arthritis, asthma, back pain, circulatory problems, constipation, dry skin, free radical damage (?), infection, inflammation migraines, muscle pain, nerve disorders, skin disorders, stress, urinary tract disorders, various muscle and skeletal disorders, and wrinkles."

Personally, I take Benfotiamine for it. I can't remember what website I first saw it was supposed to help with diabetic neuropathy but I've listed one for you:
