use perfume when you feel the itch it wount get out of the skin

No quick way to get rid of it now. But next time when you feel that odd sensation in your lip(s) have a tube of Zovirax, this is the brand name in UK, and put it on immediately
keep applying till it has gone. The virus is always in your lip(s) and often comes out when you are stressed or your immune system is low and this medication "chases" it back to it`s "den". Sometimes it still causes a sore but it tends to make it less severe in that case. There are generic types of this cream.

Get some lime and salt! Squeeze the lime onto your cold sore then put some salt! It will heal quickly and the pain will go away trust me! It hurts a little at first but its worth it! Good Luck.
