I am trying to figure out what to do for NYE in SF, Ca. Which district would be better, NorthBeach or UnionSt?

I know that there are quite a few bars in each area. I am just not sure which one would be better for a younger crowed. Can you suggest a particular bar or website that will help me with my task?

Union Street, definitely

North Beach has better strip clubs.
