Actually, Consumer Reports tests and evaluates contraceptives and condoms every year or two. check it out: http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/health-fitness/health-care/condoms-and-contraception-205/ratings/index.htm
The vast majority of condoms when used correctly will hold up no matter what. Correct condom use includes:
1. Condom goes on when he is erect before any sexual activity happens. NO direct genital contact is allowed whatsoever until that condom is securely applied.
2. Use a dab of water-based lubricant on the condom, even if it is already lubricated in the package. This will drastically reduce the chances of condom rupture.
3. Condom is removed while the penis is still erect, with a firm grip of the ring around the base to prevent leakage. Also, do not pull out abruptly as that increases risk of slippage and rupture.
And all that other stuff that should be mentioned in the pamphlet that is included in all condom packages.
For each man, condom wear is different. Consider ring size, as a ring that is too small will be uncomfortable, and a ring that is too big may allow the condom to slip off. Length is not an issue as a condom can actually be stretched from the hand to elbow (try it sometime!), so unless a man has a penis bigger than his forearm, length is not a big deal. Unrolled, the condom itself is 7 to 8 inches long, but men whose penes are shorter than that (which is most of the population) only have to roll down to the base anyway. Some condoms are specially shaped, and depending on the guy, it can be confortable, or it can be distracting (such as the Pleasure Plus and Inspiral condoms).

I think Trojan and Durex are better than Sico. The ultra sensitive ones are more likely to break because they´re thinner.
