First, there can be other factors causing the headache in the top of your head: have you hit something with your head that may have brought the headache on? I'm not trying to scare you, but do you or anyone in your family have a history of migraine headaches? It's inherited...don't freak out. To help lower your blood pressure, watch the table salt you put on your food and the sodium level in bagged and canned things. When you start getting in the upper 2-3 hundred levels on labels, that's a "little over the top". Be careful. Have your doc or paramedics at your local fire department check your blood pressure every 2 weeks. The doc may need to put you on a special diet before prescribing medication, although 134, compared to other numbers, isn't that high. Talk to your doc or the paramedics. I recommend them, by the way, because, to my knowledge, you don't have to pay THEM. They just do it for you.

According to your weight and height seems normal and your blood pressure is a little high... so i'd say need to lower you salt intake, or salty food to lower your BP. Headaches could be serious but then again it could just be a headache.. if possible can you describe the pain.

You have borderline hypertension. You are overweight. You definitely need to talk to you doctor about reducing your blood pressure! Probably not a good idea to ask for suggestions here when your life could be at risk.
