I can't make any sense of your question. Please re-read it.

Sounds like poor circulation. Talk to your doctor about this. Yes massages help with circulation. Be sure to massage the extremities. It stimulates the tissues and helps open the blood vessels. Also, is he diabetic or hypoglycemic? This can also cause this problem in the extremities. Be sure to talk to your doctor.

There are many massage oils that when applied "warm". This not only warms the tissues but also promotes the blood flow. There are some good ones at Bath and Body Works in their Aromatherapy line. Find one that doesn't smell too "girly" to use with him.

Good luck...and be sure to talk to his doctor ASAP!!!

OK if I understand this correctly your husbands extremeties are cold after excersise or driving.
Anyway instead of focusing on warming him up you need to focus on why this is happening. It has to do with poorly regulated blood pressure when he is excercising and or most likely sitting for long periods of time (driving). This is dangerous...not normal and may be a side effect of medication for high blood pressure. Take him back to the doctor and tell him whats going on.
