I hate to cook so I like things quick and easy. Here are a few of my quick party food recipes:

Top each Club cracker (MUST be Club) with a piece of bacon. Lay out on cookies sheets. Cook in oven on about 175 degrees for about four hours.

Take pieces of chipped beef that you buy in the lunchmeat section and put cream cheese in the middle. Roll up and slice and put tooth picks in them for serving.

Diet dip that tastes GREAT. Combine Lipton french onion soup with 1 carton of cottage cheese. Pulverize in the blender. Taste great and your guests will never know.

sangria. Make a large batch of it. I am famous for making this, everyone always asks me to bring my version of sangria to parties and I always have it at my own. Everyone loves it, especially the girls and it really gets you drunk ..fast!
2 bottles of Cabernet
1 bottle white wine of your choice--i usually go with a sweet one
about 2 cups peach schnapps
2 frozen juice cylinders(like mixed berry or mango)
3 cut up granny smith apples
3 sliced oranges(squeeze them when you put them in)
1bag frozen strawberries
1 bag frozen peaches or mango
1 bottle champagne

I get a large jug(i bought a giant pretzel holder from bed bath and beyond and it is my sangria jug)cut up the apples and oranges and put in the bottom, then i add all the wine, schnapps, frozen juices and mix until the juice isn't frozen anymore. Then i add the frozen fruit and taste to see if it needs any sugar. I usually never add more than a cup. right before the guests arrive i put the champagne in--I wait until the last minute so the bubbles stay nice. I like to mix it up at least 2 hours before the party so it blends together really nice, just make sure you stir before you serve and get the fruit in every ones glass too.
