From a holistic approach, some therapists would agree that you could. You are recycling the water your body loses. However, for you to continue drinking your own pee on a long term level you would still need to have another source of fluid intake as lack of fluids will mean lack of micturation (peeing).
Drinking urine isnt something i would do, but if you are one who does, I wouldnt advise doing it if you have a UTI :s

You can also drink it when you're not thirsty. It is supposed to give great health benefits it it is had first thing in the morning. In the morning when you pee let go a little after you start peeing and collect the rest and drink it. There are people who do it every morning and they claim it's great.

If you drink more and more soft drinks, you will become more and more thirsty. At the same time, if you drink lime juice with a little bit of salt, your thirst will be quenched.

in chinese medicine, yes. it's supposed to be nutricious. or it just makes sure your kidney works all right by reprocessing stuff. but since you are thirsty, no.
in western science. no, your pee has salt and it will only hasten your death. but if you really are desperate go ahead (short term survival).

Cyrus has it in one. That's right it's OK to drink it if you are dying of thirst and it is sterile.

well...................if you had ABSOLUTELY nothing to drink then yes. But if you do have something to drink well wats the point. Cause your wee is toxins that your body doesnt need so wats the point of putting all them toxins back into your body !? so I would only drink it if you were dying of thirst
