first of all, take a deep breath and calm down. you more than likey just have a yeast infection. but going to the doctor is good so go! if your boyfriend isnt tested then he needs to be. if it is a yeast infection, then the doc will give you some cream. dont have sex while you are taking this medication. first of all its just plain gross and secondly the cream is oil based so the condom can break EASILY. just protect yourself and see the doctor. you will me fine.

It could be that you just have thrush, a yeast infection - which can be a side effect from taking birth control pills. You may want to purchase Canestan Combi which is a cream for external use and a pessary for internal use. They can be bought from any local chemist at a very small cost or depending on where you live and your income, you could get this free from your doctor on prescription.
However, if you have other symptoms such as burning when you pee , unusual bleeding or discharge or pelvic pain then I would sugest you go seek advice from your GP. They will then either refer you to a GU centre or carry out tests themselves to rule out any STIs.

pus means infection. you are also prob allergic to your pads. birth control can cause yeast infec, but you say you got these probs AFTER sleeping w/someone, so perhaps they are related. I'm no doctor; thank goodness you're going to one tomorrow. whatever it is, you're going to have to handle it. you will feel much better at any rate that you've gone to the Dr. You'll get tested, treated...this is bad and sad to have to go thru alone. try to do something that makes you feel good, buy yourself a gift...you can do this...getting diagnosed is the whole key to relief and feeling better. you are very smart not to keep from getting help...no matter what it is, you will be ok. please try to talk to someone you trust; if you have someone, BRING them with you. Hell, I've brought a stuffed pig with me (and I'm in my 30s!), I don't care what anybody thinks, in fact, no one even paid attention to it or they just ignored it. Do what you need to to make you feel better. I wish you the best of luck!!!!!!!!
