Thank you for all your answers - actually it wasn't for my 'wife' (I haven't one) - but introduced a friend to Yahoo answers...had him look at the weirdies - who the top draw personnel of Y.A. let get away with their various 'isms'. He had a wee question, and the usual oddities came out of the woodwork - with two answers almost the same. Matey says Danke!

I don't know what kind of cooking stores you have in the uk but we get them from williams-sonoma or any other cooking/slash pots and pans store.
