I love the spicy, salty, smoky, sour, herbal, earthy taste of Cambodian grilled food (yellow-belly catfish is best) with any kind of chrouk (pickled veggie sauce) on top of jasmine rice. Also, I really get cravings for Samlor Machu -spicy, herby sour beef soup with watercress or baby eggplant which tastes really unusual for most Americans, but is addictive and healthy!--Khmerkromrecipes.com is a fantastic website for Khmer/Cambodian cooking and recipes--Enjoy!
