My 3 year old has the rash only on her bottom that 90% of the time just looks like worts all over her but shes had them almost all her life with no change this week they changed and they are all bleeding all of them.the doc says its some thing she'll grow out of called mollucssome or something. it just dont sit right with me though.wonder if anybody has had similar experiance??

Molluscum is not an STD. They can stay there for years! go to a dermatologist, they have different options to get rid of them now, one way is spraying nitrogen on them and they kinda scab up. its common in children who go to daycare. do not pick at them! the white stuff in them is very contagious and makes it spread!

yes my daughter was allergic to her towling nappies and the bum cream and the washing powder ,it was a night mare,but as shes three id say look at washing powder,and soaps ,powders ,anything in fact that goes anywhere near her even the bed sheets try a gentle soap powder to wash her thing in just cos it dont go on the rest of her body dont mean to say the skin there isnt more sensitive try everything ,i can use soap on my body but not on my face ,,,,see what i mean ,bless her little heart ,,,have they done a skin test at the hospital if not then they should ,if this get infected it could be terrible for her ,good luck

That's not something I'm familiar with. But if you have doubts about the diagnosis, take her to another doctor for a second opinion.

it could be a reaction to certain antibiotics, i often had rash on my bottom/ genitals while/after taking certain antibiotics, your daughter may be alergic to it. hope it helps but i guess it is nothing to worry about.
