Ask for a referral to a urologist, you may have a stricture ( narrowing) of the ureter which is causing low flow and infection. This will only be diagnosed by specialist x rays using radio opaque dyes. In the meantime keep up your fluid intake and also drink cranberry juice it may help stop the burning;

Sounds like a persistant kidney infection. Go to a new doc or let you doc know your symptoms are persisting and not getting better. Drink plenty of water and no soda!!!

Drink lots of water and cranberry juice. With pruitis ani stay away from toilet paper with dyes and perfumes.........the more you itch the worse the itch gets.

Probably need to keep trying with a doctor, see a specialist (urologist) next time.

It could be an STD, we're not doctors.
I think you should switch doctors and get someone to run full tests on you before your testicles fall off.
