120/57 is pretty good. Do you get dizzy when you stand up suddenly? Or are you experiencing other side effects. One person’s blood pressure reading may be fine for them but would feel bad for someone else, it really depends on the individual. Also you did not say if you are taking blood pressure medications – medications would certainly explain your change in pressures.

Many factors can effect your blood pressure when you're on dialysis. That higher blood pressure reading would be a bigger risk than your lower reading. On dialysis how much extra fluid you are carrying around will impact your blood pressure.

The lower blood pressure would indicate (all else being equal) that you have achieved getting "dry" i.e. you have removed all the excess fluid through dialysis and now have the amount of fluid you'd have in your body if your kidneys were working. The higher blood pressure reading may have indicated that you were "wet" i.e. had more fluid in your body then you would have if your kidneys were working normally.

Single blood pressure readings are not as important as blood pressure trends. You should buy your own electronic blood pressure machine so that you can monitor your blood pressure between dialysis treatments. The goal would be for you to have a nice stable blood pressure – in the range of 120/57 would be pretty good – but you should have that reading all the time not just after dialysis treatments. Controlling your fluid intake should make it easier for you to keep you blood pressure under control.

No. It's a very normal reading for somebody healthy and in shape.

Blood pressure will change according to stress level, physical activity, and time of day.

Your usual blood pressure is on the high side though, which can be normal for somebody on dialysis.
