Its hard to describe, like my legs can't stop moving or spasming or something.
I have type 1 diabetes and I wasn't sure if it has anything to do with it. I haven't been able to sleep for the last week. I have really bad circulation in my feet so I figured that was what it is. But it seems to only happen when I lay down and try to sleep. Has anyone else had this?

Thank you so much for your answers.
Does anyone have any details for restless leg syndrome?? What is it? What causes it? I can't get in to see my doc until Jan 19th so I'm hoping to get some help with this before that. Thanks again everyone.

It could be restless leg syndrome or it could be diabetic Neuropathy. Check with your Dr. There are medications for both.I have both and it can be painful as well. good Luck.

Im no doctor but you might have a sevre type of restless leg syndrome if it makes you feel like you just have to get up and move or something, or like you have creepy crawlies in your legs. You should make an appointment with your doctor though since you have diabetes it could be something related to the disease. Dont take it lightly it could be something worse. Not trying to scare you or anything, but it would probably be better to ask a doctor.

Restless Leg Syndrome or it might be a side effect from the diabetes, my dad has diabetes and I know that it causes lots of problems with your feet and legs. Talk to your doctor and see what he or she suggests.
