Assuming you brush your teeth religiously? I hope you do. Listerine too? These things are common sense as a way to treat your condition. Cold sores dont attack inside the mouth, just the lips and inside the nose (THAT is misery). Go to an ear nose and throat speciallist

Please take a break with the kissing and oral sex unitil u determine what it is. If its herpes then yes its definatley contagious. Do u have any warts???? Go get examined...hepres has many forms. Good luck

If its on your lips, yes its herpes.
It is contageous when i tis active i.e. when you have open sores.
