This isn't really something that is very easy to understand, so I'll try my best.

WPW is Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome. Basically in the heart, electrical conduction causes the muscle to contract. The waves of conduction happen systematically so that the heart pumps properly and efficiently. To maintain such systematic conduction, between the atria and the ventricles there is a disc of non conducting tissue. In normal circumstances the the conduction of the atria travels through the Bundle of His at the septum of the heart to the bottom of the ventricles. The Bundle of His contains fibres that slow the velocity of conduction.

WPW sufferers have an additional link from the atria to the ventricles. This is known as the Bundle of Kent. The Bundle of Kent conducts impulses faster than the Bundle of His. The problem therefore is that the electrical impulse reaches the ventricles too quickly and can cause abnormally fast heart rates (tachycardia). Since you have asymptomatic WPW, you probably do not have the tachycardia.
