That is perfectly normal, that just means that your chicken is cooking properly.

I stay away from chicken legs (they bleed). If you love them bring water to boiling point, submerge legs and let the boiling go on for 5 minutes, than pull them out. Hopefully they will bleed minimum (if) drain them before frying. I do not think the cooked blood will make you sick if you are use to. I love chicken so I use boneless breast and I fillet the chicken, next add fresh lime juice, season with Goya Adobo with comino. Next let it seat for 15 min. and pan fry (use butter or olive oil). It taste Delicious. If you marinated overnight it will taste even better. As a side dish i steam frozen mix vegetables. In my opinion you should eat what looks pretty and taste good.
Keep in mind the following: If you are to cook a fresh chicken or turkey once feathers are out you have to submerge bird in a bucket with ice-cubes so that all the blood comes out. (need to do it several times until all blood is out)

Bleeding is normal. The trick is to cook the chicken until the juices run clear and there is no pink at all in the center of the deepest part of the meat. Cutting the chicken up into smaller pieces makes it easier to cook the chicken evenly.

i've got had fowl products bleed while i replaced into frying them too. I in basic terms grew to become the range down slightly, so i does no longer burn them, and made specific they have been cooked via. If its bleeding, then it truthfully isn't completed.....if the juices are sparkling, that's. good luck!

That's normal for a chicken to do, especially if it's the leg part. Keep cooking it will be good.

sometimes chicken will do this during frying, it has nothing to do with the taste, just make sure you cook until the chicken is fully done.

If its bleeding it just means its not cooked yet. Make sure the heat isnt up to high or it will burn before its cooked. And always make sure its not pink before you eat.

thats normal just keep cooking. some people i know watch for the blood to turn clear(juices)thats how they determine if it's done or not. i prefer to go by the time and tempitures to whether it's done or not. your chicken will be fine keep cooking.
