Do not , I repeat do not , take Primatine mist . I tried that self medicating over the counter stuff and it when I landed in the hospital , it was very hard for the doctors to treat me . It causes your heart to race for one. I spent the next 40 days on a vent in a induced coma . So take it from me, go to a doctor and do take care of yourself .

My first thought is not heart attack. I think you would have some other heart-related issues. The fact that you say you have a cough and wheeze leads me to believe it is either the onset of a respiratory virus or the reappearance of asthma. In addition, it is entirely possible that you have some new allergies that you have not had before. I agree that you should see a doctor if it persists.

You sound like you have asthma... i have asthma... its not that bad.. but you need prescription medicine... there are numerous inhalers available and a doctor will find the one that suits your condition the best... currently i am on two for my asthma plus tablets when it gets bad. it may be painful, but as everyone has said, see a doctor. Tightness and wheezing arent good signs... but breathe slowly and not too deeply... it wont hurt so much... BUT SEE A DOCTOR!

Better see your doctor.
I have a feeling that you are overweight. As a first aid, all you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

Hope you had a Merry Christmas and will have a Fruitful and Prosperous New Year!!!!!!

See a doctor. Sounds like you need rescue inhaler and that takes a prescription. If you smoke, quit.

I wouldn't mess around with self medication. Get a good check up and see what's up.
