your difficulty in breathing is actually the result of the PARAsympathetic system of your body reacting to allergens inside you.now, your medication is actually a sympathomimetic. meaning, it copies the effects of the SYMpathetic sytem, which is to open up your airways, allowing you to breathe more freely... here's the kicker: the sympathetic system is also the same system that increases your blood pressure and to have the body release adrenaline, which boosts the body's energy level...so in effect, your medication may contribute to your hyper energy levels... but hey...its always good to ask the doctor, right?
