When women get pregnant their mucous can change. She should be getting prenatal care and she should mention it to her doctor at her next visit. If she doesn't have an appointment coming up for some time, she should make one soon. Any infection could have a negative affect to her baby.

Hi,
You better convince your friend to visit a Doctor right away, so if it's a std, she does not pass it to the newborn baby and this will leave a mark on her for the rest of her life. Please talk her to the go to the Doctor now.
Bye

I assume you mean she has a colored vaginal discharge. If she is pregnant, she needs to see a doctor right away and get it treated, or she can transmit the infection to her child.
