I had high blood pressure 160 / 110.
The doctor prescribed me 5mg of Envas - 1-0-1 and Slow release Aspirin Loprin 75.0-1-0 to be taken daily after a ECG test followed by a Tread mill test.
Now my BP is 130/90.
My weight is 56 Kg
My height is 5 feet 1 and half inches.
My age is 65 +.
My Diet is Vegetarian.

Cut back on foods with high sodium. Depending on the cause of your high blood pressure, drastically reducing salt intake should bring your pressure down. :-)

rest ,keep calm ,relax ,eat good wholesome healthy food no fat ,,take nice gentle walks not too far that you get tired keep everything just on a even pace,,calmness and heathy eating and gentle excersize, is the answer,good luck
