Well, we are good ad many dishes, our main ones are: Mangu, made from mashed platains.
Sancocho: sort of soup with vegetables, different tipes of meat and manioc, platains, and others.
also we have quite an unsual dessert: sweet beans: its a cream of beans made with suggar, milk, pieces of sweet potatoes, raisins, sometimes coconut milk also. quite tasty for us used to eat it.
Favorite Beer: definetly PRESIDENTE, only made in DR cause i hear i'ts imported to the US but is quite different from the one we drink, and we drink it really cold, almost frozen so the cooler the better.

They make a dish from plantains called Mangu which is a kind of porrige seasoned with garlic and adobo seasoning, usually served for breakfast. Favorite beer is probably Presidente, made in the Dominican Republic and quite good.

"Sancocho" which is a delicious stew made with different kinds of meats & vegetables including plantains & yucca. Presidente, a lager beer, is the national beer served "cenisa" which means "ashy" because it's frosty from the cold.

We make everything good, but we are big in rice, beans and meat. And the favorite beer is called Presidente.
