ratatouille is awesome when cooked perfectly
its a mix of fresh vegetables sauteed/stewed in a tomato sauce, its kinda like a primevera sauce but not. the biggest problem with it is that so many cook/ wannabe cooks dont do it properly and the vegetables over cook create a texture close to soggy bread

Yes. A sort of vegetable stew containing tomatoes, aubergines, courgette, peppers, onion, etc.
A bit too mushy for my tastes but othewise delicious.

I went to a dinner theater thing and that's what my boyfriend ordered for me and I thought it was foul so I switched with him. He had snapper.
