seen it, had it, and it was really good. The only kind I've had was from Silk, it's called silknog. If you can find it, try it. it's good.

So Nice Soyganic makes Noel Nog. It's a soy based egg nog alternative. I've had it. It tastes pretty good, but a bit too sweet for me.

INGREDIENTS:
21 oz extra-firm silken tofu
2 cups soymilk
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
1 cup rum or brandy
4 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
20 ice cubes
Nutmeg
PREPARATION:
Crumble the tofu and blend with soymilk, sugar and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl, and whisk in water, rum and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, blend half of mixture with 10 ice cubes until frothy. Repeat with other half of nog. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Yes Silk makes and Egg nog with no eggs...It's really good too yum....

Not at a store but a vegan friend of mine made it. She used cashews. She's 7th day adventist and they usually have great recipe books for such things.
