Chick pea curry......... Mmmmm, yum.
Open 2 cans of chick peas. Grind a large onion, 6 cloves of garlic, an inch of ginger and a mild green chili in the food processor. Put that in a crockpot with a large can of tomato puree. Add cumin, chili powder, coriander, bay leaf, tumeric, garam masala, cinnamon, cloves and salt to taste. Simmer it until it's time for dinner.
Serve with naan, or rice and raita (if you eat milk products).
