For starters, add a half teaspoon of cinnamon to your daily diet. Speaking of diet, you might want to get Patrick Quillin's book "The Diabetes Improvement Program". It taught me a thing or two. My most recent bloodwork revealed that my blood sugar numbers fall into the "non-diabetic" category.... mean plasma glucose: 124 mg/dl (that equates to 105 - 110 mg/dl mean whole blood glucose) and my HbA1C was 5.8. Those numbers are not a fluke... my fasting glucose is typically in the 90s at home.

You need to stay away from fatty foods and also from foods that are high on the glycemic index. A baked potato will spike your blood sugar faster than a cup of pasta. The spike in blood sugar will lead your body to protect itself by releasing large amounts of insulin, if it can. If it can't then the sugar will stay in your blood and over time that leads to neuropathy and other nasty type 2 complications. If the correct amount of insulin is released then some of the sugar will be stored in the liver and the rest will be converted to fat and stored. Neither scenario is very good. Unless you are very active then it's best to stay away from the high glycemic foods. Your body just can't use that much sugar that quickly and it will end up stored as fat. And where you are already seeing numbers that are a bit too high for fasting then it really is best to start counting the carbs and watching which carbs you eat.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If you are "new" to diabetes as I was 18 months ago - it can be quite a challenge with food lables to see what has low sugar content - as a lot of things have sugar in you are not aware of - look at some of the labels in your food cupboard - the bit you are looking for is cabohydrates of which sugars usually in Grams, keep this as low as you can, pasta, rice, whole grains fish are good foods, Also watch out for food labels because they sometimes specify the Carbohydrate which sugars per 100 grams (The pack may be 250G)
Also cut out fizzy drinks (Apart from diet)
Fruit is a good sugar source - it is fructose - and this is different to raw sugar as the body digests it differently

You are getting this because you are eating to much carbohydrate or sugar. Carbohydrate eventually turns into sugar once in the body, so try and cut down on both of them.

By carefully balanced diet (high fiber, low on fat, sugars and low sodium intake) and by balanced exercise. However DO regular check ups and consult your endocrinologist (sometimes medications are necessary besides adequate diet)
