its very rare and she managed along with major heart condition to mak it to 11 years old. Is there anybody else out there with this?

This is a resource you may be unaware of - it's a site dedicated to parents and carers of people with chromosome 18 abnormalities. It may be worth contacting them to find support groups for parents of children with Ring 18.
