Where can I go to be tested for STD's without anyone like my mom finding out? I am only 17

When you're under age they will always ask for parents' or guardians' contact number or they will not test you. I think the best thing you can do is just tell them, maybe they'll get upset but what you need to think about is your health at this time.

you usually can go to the health clinic in your city. the price is usually around $20. the clientelle is not the best, and the results are reported to the center of disease control. another option is to go to an annonymous testing clinic. you may pay a little more but your name will not be reported and you may get results while you wait. look in your phone book and get some sites. do it for your own peace of mind. and remember you are only 17...dont risk anything. protect yourself. you have your whole life ahead of you and sex is really not all that worth it, especially when the rest of your life is involved. it may feel good for a few minutes, but think about your future.

Planned Parenthood and its completely free if you don't have any income. The best thing to do is tell your mother that way she'll know whats going on. Don't be embarrassed because you might find having her there for emotional support will help guide you through it.

Planned Parenthood, in most areas they are free if you are under 18...just make sure you read over their confidentiality agreement to make sure that they won't tell your mom.
