Nursing homes use LPN's almost exclusively.

Sales of medical equipment. There are certain jobs where you have to be a nurse to sell the medical equipment because you need to be able to operate the equipment during your sales pitch. You can make a lot of money too.

I would check in on Labor and Delivery or Post Partum. I would also consider an observation unit.
