No sharing of anything- towels, dishes, nothing. increase the temp on your hot water heater. wash everything in hot water. add a Little bleach. hide your toothbrush. wipe down computer keyboards, telephones, bathrooms, remotes everything with spray disinfectant every day.

(the dry winter air makes respiratory issues worse)

Everyone can loose much time at school and work, so make this just short of a war.

don't use the over the counter stuff except as a last resort. chicken noodle soup with lots of garlic brings many significant relief.

check the furnace and humidifier if you have one.

Get the mold check kit, use it and send it in I think you can get it from Home Depot.

review everything said here, search the net.

Have you had Flu shots or pneumonia shots? probably too late now though.

Last year this went thru a medium sized town in California, I got it, ruined my vacation, took me 5 weeks of perfect living to shake it. Almost went to a hospital.

i call it the halmark virus, because it's the virus that keeps on giving.
you have a type of flu virus that as of late has become resistant to alot of anti-viral treatments.it's not to say that it cannot be treated, but it does'nt respond as quickly to conventional treatments of the past.
one sure fire help and this takes some time is to increase the level of hygene, take showers/baths more often(hot).
everyone in the household must do this inorder to keep
the virus from jumping from host to host.
try some eyucalyptus oil in steaming water with a towel
over your head, breathe the vapors in.keep in mind you'll
cough like u just went to the gas chamber butthe vapors
will open up your airway.
good luck

do you have a house? if you have a do you have a forced hot air system? if you do then its in your air system, change the air filter. if you have a house make sure you don't have mold anywhere.. if you have a moist basement check it and clean it with water and bleach. air out the house.. if you have alot of rugs and moister its going to affect you. thats what it sounds like. if you have a apartment just check for moist areas. later sweety

Check your home for mold. Look at window sills and the bathroom, any place that gets damp.
