A better question may be, how do i avoid getting a regular heartbeat? Or is this something i can't avoid?

It seems that some people can't even read before they open their stupid mouth.

S.A.D.S (Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome or Sudden Adult Death Syndrome) is NOT the same as S.A.D (Seasonal Affective Disorder).

As others have already stated, I don't think there's a lot you can do about the condition. It will happen when it's least expected.

My advice would be to live life to the full, for as long as you can.

Take a look at the following websites for more information on the condition. The first site explains more about the causes of SADS.

Cause can be genetic, you could pay for screening of your heart? It can also be triggered by a sharp blow to the chest like a baseball hitting it

I find that death itself is rather sudden. Why do we have to give it a longer name?

Life your life with all your joy. Then, when SADS strikes, as it does for us all, you'll have no regrets.

Be like Peter Pan and never grow up.

That's the only cure for that.

Otherwise, just live your life to the full. Love don't hate. Do all the things you have ever wanted to do.

I've never heard of SAD's. Im sure if it is like SID's, there isn't much you can do to prevent it. Dont go to bed wasted, or don't sleep with a lot of pillows?!

You can't really avoid it as it happens suddenly and unexpectedly.
