I would guess it is just stress, but with the heart ... please go see your doctor!!!!

stress. go see a doctor about getting a few mild anti stress pills to help you until the exams are over, then look into methods of calming yourself. And I suggest taking 1 baby aspirin every day, unless you are allergic.

visit a doctor ,do it soon you don't have to miss your exam .
if you sit on a chair ,does it pain in that case also
