One of the menu items I'm looking at for the reception is called Key West. It's under the vegetable section. Can anyone tell me what this is?

In another section it's called Key West Blend...I'm guessing it's a vegetable medley..I just want to know what's in it.

It's a vegetable dish specific to the catering company. You'll have to ask what's in it as it varies from one company to the other.

I know Key West conch fritters---but they are a seafood that comes from a shell and is a kind of appetizer, not a veggie. Ask them at the reception hall if that is a brand name, a style of cooking or a specific dish.

Darned if I know ... I found a spice by McCormick called Key West Blend, but I am pretty sure that your caterer isn't serving up a dish of that.

Why not call the caterer/restaurant?

I've heard of a Key Lime, but Key West is an Island. There must be more to it, or it's new to me.

Why don't you call the restaurant and ask?
