don't think it's pneumonia! Flu, you will feel dizzy, temperature, lethargic, unable to get out of bed.
A cold virus will give you 1 and 3 of your symptoms, not sure about number 2. You may have picked up a 24 hour bug. Drink plenty of fluids if you don't feel better in a couple of days go see your doctor.

Could be flu, but not neccessarily. Either way, drinks plenty of liquids and get lots of rest.
