O.k. so here it is. No i am not sexually active its complicated i am actually a virgin. When i was younger way younger things happened that i cant completly remember but all i know is know i have the symptoms of an STD i want to get tested but i dont want 2 tell my parents yet the only problem that i have is that my parents are crazy strict i already know where i can go to get tested no money they keep it secret and everything but i just need 2 get out of the house. the only time i can get out w/ out 2 much question is if i go w/ cousins and thats only if a group is goin' 2 the mall i dont want a group of my cousins goin' with me 2 get tested they dont even know
i dont know what 2 do anymore i dont wanna skip school but i may have 2 i need 2 get tested

I would try a school counselor.. i'm concerned about the history you describe...... and when you started having symptoms? The body has limited responses so you have to remember the same symptoms can mean multilpe things...
or you could find a way to see your family doctor... tell the Dr. in confidence...
or If you past the onset of your first period then its time to see a OBGYN doctor any ways as a matter of baseline exam and education...... explain to your parents is not that you really want to go..... but that you want to meet the OBGYN before you have a problem....so your comfortable... menstruating women need to see them before they get pregnant...think of it as maintance like going to the dentist.
I had a freind that had two uteruses.....not common but it sure explained her horrible cramps.
My first exam was at 14, my periods were regular then irregular kind of back wards.... so i got put on birth control pills to regulate the hormones... My dad was furious... thought i'd run right out and have sex... but that wasnt the case. I understood the other risks. Good luck I hope all is well for you.

I'm not sure how old you are but talk with the school nurse; perhaps she could help you. And, if there are issues of sexual abuse when you were younger, by all means talk with someone like the nurse or a guidance counselor.

Sweetie, If somthing bad happend to you when you were younger you need to sit down and tell them, if you are more comforatble talking to one or the other parent then tell them. You can't keep that inside of you. Tell them what happend and tell them you need to get tested, if you do have somthing, and it needs to be treated you will need to tell them anyways, I learned the hard way it is always best to tell you parents. go to local school nurse for help, they will keep it confined if you explain to them the concequences, tell her to please help you, she will help you,but dont wait get the help.
