What food dishes do you suggest I try?

I like to try knew things from different countries and cultures.

I've had good luck with food from Thailand and Vietnam. What about other countries?

What is good from Russia, India, Pakistan, the UK, South American, European, or African cultures?

(I'm sorry about spelling "new" as "knew". Please forgive my poor typing)

Many good suggestions above, also try Moroccan Food as it is very good. Russian dishes are to my palate less flavorful than Thai, Italian and some of the Middle-Eastern and North African foods. The really good Russian dishes tend to resemble Classic French foods and are too heavy for me to eat regularly.
Indian food is great, but can get too hot to eat easily. Ethiopian is is also good, but hot.
Central American foods are very flavorful, such as Salvadorian, Cuban, and real Mexican/Yucatan foods
In South American foods, try a Brazilian steakhouse, a Chilean buffet, or Argentinean foods
Oriental foods are probable the most diverse, and there are many different styles to try
Polynesian Foods are wonderful!!
Still, for me, Italian and Greek flavors are the best and are very diverse as they are based on what is fresh that day. Same with southern coast of France, and Spanish coast. The flavors of my youth!
