I am a Paramedic and certified American Heart Association certified CPR instructor. I teach people such as yourself the ABC's of life saving. However to answer your question, no one on this site would be able to perform rescue breathing, CPR for obvious reasons, myself included.
You would also be unable to perform these actions yourself.
Your best bet would be to hope that someone nearby could come to your aid and perform Rescue breathing and/or CPR until EMS arrives.

CPR is an emergency first aid protocol for a victim of cardiac arrest. If you are unconcious & unable to breath then yes CPR can be performed. Its not like you stoped breathing and wishing people to give CPR. What if a 80 year old granny give CPR to you ? run away ?

I am CPR certified and the first thing I would do is check for a pulse and breathing. I will not go into the details of CPR but my card is current so yes I could give you CPR.

I have a senior first aid certificate and it wouldnt be the first time Ive had to do CPR, however, yahoo answers is not the place to learn it, book a course!

Yes, if you lived near me or want to come over before you stop breathing, I would lift your head up at the neck to open you air way,cover your mouth with mine, breath three times into your mouth. and do three heart presses and repeat until you come around or medical help comes. And pray that you don't have bad breathe.

You can do CPR on your penis yourself. In fact, you do it every night while watching a porno. And your penis can't breathe because it's trapped in your pubes, or you're uncircumcised and your foreskin is suffocating it.

I'm a licensed, working Charge Nurse and I would perform CPR only if you were pulseless. For respiratory arrest, I would bag you.
