It was not in when he came and the first time it was near when he came. The second time he pulled out. I keep having this pain on my lower left side, and it started a couple of days ago. I just had my period end on Wednesday and now I have this cramping like I'm going back on my period. Does anybody have any idea what this could be?

I should mention that I have two children that were delivered via c section, the youngest of which is 10 months and was born with a seizure disorder.

One last detail. The two children were delivered with a vertical cut, not the traditional horizontal. My first was emergency so they made that cut. The second time was becuase I already had the scar and they went over it.

You had your period end on Wednesday but when you had the sex? If it is 7 days before and after periods, it is not that worrying. But still have a check up with the Gyn.

You might of caught something.. maybe PID

The main symptom of PID is lower abdominal pain, usually described as crampy or as constant and dull. This pain may get worse during bowel movements, sexual intercourse, or urination. You may also have one or more other symptoms, including:

A sense of pressure in the pelvis.
Low back pain. Sometimes this pain spreads down one or both legs.
Abnormal discharge, such as yellow-, brown-, or green-colored discharge or an increased amount of discharge from the vagina.
Fever [usually over 101° (38.33°)]. However, you can have PID without fever.
A vague feeling of body weakness or discomfort (malaise).
Headache.
Nausea or vomiting.
Pain with intercourse (dyspareunia).
Irregular menstrual bleeding.
Urinary symptoms, such as burning or pain with urination.

Either way wrap it up. There is no need to not be wearing a condom! They are everywhere!!!

I don't know what those symptons signify if anything.

However, STD's are not normally passed just in the ejaculate. Even if your partner never "came" at all, or if he did so fully removed, you can still contact an STD. Many STD's can be transfered with any penis-vaginal contact.

If you are experience unusual pain or other problems it would be very wise to see a doctor. Some STD's can be cured easily, especially if they are caught quickly.

you may be pregnant, but it could be an ectopic (fallopian tube) pregnancy. definitely get yourself checked out, and while you're at it, get tested for STDs. not only can you get pregnant from unprotected sex, but you can also contract an STD, even if both you and your partner were clean when you did it. after all, it's better to get pregnant than contract an STD.
