If it's candidiasis, you'll be prescribed an antifungal to treat it. After this, if it happens again, you'll know what it is and can buy an OTC to treat it yourself.

Try some Vagisil. It might clear up the itch. The white, sticky stuff might be normal. You can buy Vagisil where the yeast medication is located in stores.

You have a yeast infection. You can buy any of a number of medications over the counter for it. Vagisil or Monistat are 2 of them that work well. Even vinegar douches work to clear up yeast infections. You can call your Dr. and see what he would prescribe for you to do.

It could be chlamydia or gonnorhea (the burning sensation and discharge) which is easily treatable with antibiotics, but if untreated can cause more damage to your body and may cause harm to your baby when you give birth, or it could be a yeast infection which is uncomfortably itchy and also easy to treat. Check with your gynecologist to be sure!!!
