Trying to find recipes of korean nature, especially stews. Money is no object. Can't seem to google a decent site, so even one good recipe, I'd appreciate. Thanks.

Likewise, I haven't heard of any Korean slow cooker recipes. There are stews and soups (there's a major difference in Korean cuisine between a soup and stew) but no slow cooker recipes that I know of... at least, my mom doesn't cook them!

I know two great online sites that have authentic Korean recipes, like how my mom cooks, they are very similar to her recipes. They include recipes and tons of information regarding Korean food, I definitely recommend them:

http://www.trifood.com
http://www.xanga.com/koreancooking

I recently found another website that I like, it has less recipes but the pictures are great:

http://www.koreankitchen.com/

Of course, all the sites are in English, and I think the recipes are easy to follow.

Hope that helps!

Never heard of korean food being cooked in a slow cooker, but there are many delicious soups and stews you could make on the stove. Examples: kimchi jigae, samgetang, and soondobu. Here are a couple websites with recipes: http://www.koreanrestaurantguide.com/recipes/recipe_0.htm
