Ummm, if you really wanted to kill yourself, wouldn'nt it be easier to shoot yourself in the head? Anyway, all u need to do is drink Tylenol with beer,, this will give you a heart attack, i swear. (actually it'll just kill you, but it will still achieve the same purpose)

Eat fatty fried foods and overeat, don't exercise, lay around and do nothing all day, don't go to the doctor and get check-ups. Generally don't take care of yourself and then once your body is in deplorable shape start overexerting yourself, repeatedly.
