I've had a similar problem, but mine was more of a twitch. I think mine was due to anxiety as I was about fly alone for the very first time and was a bit anxious about it. The twitching started a week or two before I was to leave, but once I reached my destination it didn't happen as much and finally disappeared once I returned home. Are you anxious or nervous about anything? Stressed??

Try taking a big deep breath, and letting it out slowly. Repeat 5-6 times (don't try to hyperventilate - just breathe deeply). Does this stop the quivering for a moment? If so, you may be having a symptom of low blood sugar.

Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org and see if you are having any more symptoms of low blood sugar, that you were not aware could be symptoms of low blood sugar.
