I have recently recovered from a heart attack. The angiogram revealed three blocked arteries.By pass surgery is ruled out in view of my past medical history. Is there anything that may clear the build up of plaque ? Any medicines or excersises ? I am a non smoker, and my lipid profile is excellemt.

Not breathing, you have got to get rid of the clogging. walking exercises should help that

If you have 3 blocked and surgery is out there is nothing you can do to unclogged them. At this point you have to work with the one artery that is not clogged. It sounds like you have heart failure with the heart muscles being damage that is one group of muscles that will never heal. I would suggest you do what you were told to keep the one left open. Which is diet change,salt reduction,exercise. Sorry but you have only one remaining

whats up i had a similar subject till i began out taking 2000mg malic acid an afternoon it disolveds the plaque on your arteries over a three month era. Malic acid particularly worked for me. It comes from apples so consume an apple an afternoon and save the surgeon away...............

I've heard garlic and apple cider vinegar help. And fish oil capsules. They say to chop up the garlic and then wait 10 minutes for certain compounds to form and then take it.
