I purchased a fresh turkey breast on Thursday, is it ok to cook on the following Monday morning. It has been in the refrigerator all this time.

Yes it's still good as long as it has stayed in a cold temperture.But you should cook it no later than 5 days from the time you bought it. If it was frozen when you put it in your fridge you have no worry, because it took 2 days to defrost in the refrigerator.

nicely, it *can* be left unfrozen continuously or till it rots away fullyyt. How long are you able to attend to freeze packaged meat saved in a refrigerator? One-2 days based what that's-i does no longer go away fish/seafood over 24 hours max, beef fowl or beef is okay for 2 days.

I would check the use by date .but i would not like to use it. poultry is touchy .but if the use by date is for today ok if not better not chance it..you don't want people getting sick

It should be ok. If it smells funny of feels slick toss it. It's not worth getting sick over.
